Infants and Toddlers
Infants and Toddlers Tuition
Tuition for the Infants and Toddlers program is for the upcoming academic year, beginning September 2024 through June 2025.
With a few exceptions, OWP follows the New York City Department of Education's school calendar, and the Infants and Toddlers program is generally closed when public schools are closed. If spots are available, children can enroll at any juncture during the school year.

Tuition Payment Plan
Tuition for the school year will be divided into four payments due:
September 1, 2024
November 1, 2024
January 1, 2025
March 1, 2025
Required non-refundable and non-transferable enrollment deposit of $2,500 is due at the time of enrollment (this deposit is credited toward the March 2025 tuition payment)
Refunds and Cancellations
Tuition at our preschool, afterschool, and infant and child programs is based on the full academic year and is not divisible, refundable, or subject to reduction. Families agree to a binding contract for the entire year's tuition as of May 15th (or date of signed enrollment agreement, whichever is later). After this date, there will be no waivers, releases, or refunds for any withdrawal, dismissal, or absence. Tuition is charged by the full month, regardless of the date of entry within that month.
Families who wish to terminate their contract prior to the May 15th deadline must submit a written request to the Executive Director. However, the non-refundable, non-transferable and non-assignable deposit will not be returned in these cases.
After May 15, 2024 (or date of enrollment), a family that is relocating outside of the New York City area or facing severe hardship may submit a request to be considered for early termination of their contract (less the deposit fee). OWP's Board of Directors reserve the right to make such a decision on a case by case basis. Otherwise, families are responsible for the full year's tuition once the enrollment contract is signed.
