Not a Box Event 2018
One World Project does a fun annual event called the Not a Box Festival. This year's Not a Box is taking place on June 2, 2018 from 11am-12:30pm at our school 302 Vanderbilt Street in Windsor Terrace.
The event is inspired by the book Not a Box by Antoinette Portis and the documentary Caine's Arcade and is a celebration of upcycling and the imagination.
Please bring a box.
One World will provide food and drinks and an imagination table with lots of duct tape and other material to help children of all ages realize their box creations.
There will also be a mercadillo of gently used children's books and clothing.
The suggested donation is $25 per family. All proceeds benefit One World Project.
