One World Project is celebrating 10 wonderful years!
Please help mark this special occasion by joining us on September 23rd for our Ray of Sun Festival. Inspired by our origin story, and looking ahead to our vision for the coming decade, the Ray of Sun Festival will be a time for our whole community to be together. We are thrilled to welcome current and alumni students and families, as well as teachers and staff both past and present, to celebrate with us.
What
Entrance to the event will be free of charge, and tickets will be available for purchase during the afternoon for food, as well as for various games and activities. Proceeds will help OWP to continue supporting our students in becoming citizens of the world, and expanding our welcoming community of learners.
There will be live music courtesy of Jenny Luna and a group of OWP parents/musicians who will perform at 4pm. You can hear Jenny in action by listening to OWP's albums De Colores and Comunidad. Later, at 4:30pm we'll all gather together for the premiere of a short documentary about OWP.
Who
You! Your children! Your friends, family, and neighbors! Everybody is welcome and encouraged to come help us celebrate this milestone, and we look forward to sharing the day with all of you.
Where and When
The event will take place on Saturday, September 23rd from 3pm-5pm. Festivities will be held indoors and outdoors at OWP (302 Vanderbilt St, Brooklyn, NY, 11218).

Our goal is to raise $100,000 to support OWP’s future. In order to help reach this goal, we are seeking event sponsors.
◦ Oro/Gold ($10,000): 500 tickets to the Ray of Sun festival, recognition at the event and acknowledgement on the OWP website, and invitation to a special reception.
◦ Plata/Silver ($5,000): 250 tickets to the Ray of Sun festival, recognition at the event and acknowledgement on the OWP website.
◦ Bronce/Bronze ($1,000): 100 tickets to the Ray of Sun, recognition at the event and acknowledgement on the OWP website.
